From what time can I check in?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM That's possible. Should you arrive earlier, you are of course welcome to leave your luggage with us.
By what time do I have to check out?
Check-out takes place until 9:30 a.m.Late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast served at Haus Alpenliebe?
Yes, you can book your stay with or without breakfast. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Can I get allergen-free products?
With pleasure! Please inform us by the day before at the latest so that we can prepare suitable allergen-free alternatives.
Are there parking facilities?
Yes, free parking spaces are available for our guests directly at the house.
Is Wi-Fi available in the Alpenliebe house?
Yes, our high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire house.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed (depending on size). However, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you are traveling with your pet. Price upon request.
How far is the Alpenliebe house from the town center and the mountain lifts?
The center of Sölden and the Gaislachkogl cable car can be reached in just a few minutes' walk – ideal for activities in summer and winter.
Is there a ski room or bike room?
Yes! In winter, a heated ski room with a ski boot dryer is available. In summer, our secure bike room offers space for your mountain bike.
Are towels and bed linen included in the price?
Yes, towels and bed linen are included in the price and are changed regularly every other day.
Is there a final cleaning fee for the rooms and apartments?
No final cleaning required.
Are there any shopping options nearby?
Yes, supermarkets, bakeries and shops are located just a few minutes from the house.
How far away is the nearest bus stop?
The nearest stop for the ski bus or hiking bus is within easy walking distance.
Are cribs or high chairs provided?
