To make your holiday planning as pleasant as possible, we have carefully and clearly compiled all the important information about your booking at Haus Alpenliebe for you.

It is very important to us that you feel well taken care of long before your arrival and know exactly what to expect. From inquiries and reservations to arrival times and cancellation policies – you'll find everything conveniently in one place. This allows you to prepare for your stay with ease and look forward to wonderful holidays in Sölden.

Additional information

Check-In

You can check into your room or apartment from 2 pm on the day of arrival.

Check-Out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Breakfast

Gerne können auch unsere Appartementgäste unser Frühstücksbuffet in Anspruch nehmen. Dafür verrechnen wir 18,00 Euro pro Person und Tag.

Deposit

Flat-screen TV with free cable and satellite TV.

Ortstaxe

The local tax is NOT included in the price! It amounts to €5.00 per person per night and must be paid separately.

cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, you will be charged the full price.
In case of no-show, you will be charged the full price of the booking.

Room rates

The prices quoted for double and single rooms are per room, per night for stays of three days or more, including breakfast and excluding local tax.

Apartment prices

The prices quoted for the apartment (2 and 3 people occupancy) are per apartment, per night for stays of three days or more, excluding breakfast and local tax.

pets

Haustiere sind bei uns erlaubt. Wir bitten Sie jedoch, uns im Vorhinein Bescheid zu geben, wenn Sie mit Ihrem kleinen Liebling anreisen. Wir verrechnen 15,00 Euro pro Tag (ohne Futter).
